- Technical failure: You experience a persistent technical fault directly attributable to our platform that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, typically 48 hours.
- Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a billing error on our part.
- Incorrect charge: You were billed an amount different from the one agreed at the time of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchasing a subscription.
- You no longer wish to use the service or have found an alternative provider.
- Your internet connection, device, or third-party application is incompatible with our service.
- You failed to cancel your subscription before an automatic renewal date.
- You are in breach of our Terms of Service, including sharing account credentials or using the service for unauthorised purposes.
- A refund request is made after more than 7 days from the date of purchase.
- You have used a significant portion of the subscription period before raising a refund request.
4. Free Trial
UK Stream Pro offers a free trial period to all new customers prior to purchase. We strongly recommend making use of this trial to:

By proceeding with a paid subscription after a free trial, you confirm that the service meets your requirements. Refund requests based on service dissatisfaction following a completed free trial will not be considered.

6. Refund Processing

- UK Stream Pro is not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment processor.
- Once a refund is issued, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and access to the service will be revoked.
7. Subscription Renewals
UK Stream Pro subscriptions do not auto-renew by default. You will receive a reminder notification before your subscription expires. If you wish to continue using the service, you must manually renew your plan.
If a renewal payment is made in error, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction and we will assess your request on a case-by-case basis.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before raising a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting UK Stream Pro may result in the immediate suspension of your account and could affect your ability to use our services in the future. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback that we believe to be unjustified.
